Storeperson Advance - Procurement
- Ongoing, full time position
- 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADOs

About the role
The Storeperson Advance role is responsible for all activities in the loading dock and supply store. Reporting to the Loading Dock Manager, this includes daily imprest counts, goods receipting and delivery to desigated areas.
About you
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly manner. Ideally, holding a forklift license whilst experience in health is desirable.

Position Summary
Undertaking all activities of the loading dock and supply store.
Daily Imprest counts and uploading of the file to Health Share Victoria (HSV).
Receipting of all goods, including Imprest, supplier direct deliveries, HSV deliveries as well as to user departments.

| Outward Goods | • Ensure credit notes and goods return advices are attached to goods for return to suppliers. • Goods are repacked to ensure no damage during transportation. • Correct freight dockets are completed for pickup by courier if required. • Satellite deliveries are to be goods receipted as per process then prepared for distribution to appropriate site, including appropriate documentation. | 
| Teamwork | • Other duties associated with maintaining the ongoing effective operation of the Loading Dock Store to be undertaken and completed as required. • Other duties as required including support to the mail room. |
