YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE
Research Assistant - Medical Oncology
- 12 months Fixed term, Full-Time parental leave coverage position
- Targeting Level A: Year 2-3 candidates
- 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO's

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Professor Kelly-Anne Phillips’ research team at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (Peter Mac).
In this role you will be a dynamic, flexible team player and will be engaging in diverse projects aimed at treating and preventing breast cancer.
You will take on responsibility for managing day-to-day activities to progress the work in alignment with key milestones. The role requires a proactive and highly motivated individual with appropriate research experience who can establish strong working relationships with internal and external researchers and clinicians.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Health related qualifications/work experience in a relevant field
- Research knowledge and experience outside of a laboratory setting
- Experience with clinical data entry
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of breast cancer prevention and treatments would be an advantage
