Fixed Term Part Time Role.
The Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre seeks a part-time 48 hours per Fortnight (0.6 FTE) Radiopharmaceutical Sciences (RPS) Program Manager to join our innovative RPS program. Working directly with the Chief of Radiopharmaceutical Sciences, this senior role combines project management, business development, and stakeholder engagement to drive departmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in health/scientific discipline with project management expertise, minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare or scientific settings, and strong skills in business case development and stakeholder management. Experience in nuclear medicine or radiopharmaceutical sciences is desirable. Join our dedicated team in Melbourne and help advance cancer treatment and research.

Position Summary
The Department of Radiopharmaceutical Sciences (RPS) at PeterMac is at the forefront of nuclear medicine, supported by a cutting-edge facility that includes Australia’s first integrated Radiopharmaceutical Sciences program. Our mission focuses on innovation and leadership in clinical production and research.
The RPS Program Manager plays a vital role in driving departmental initiatives under the direction of the Chief of Radiopharmaceutical Sciences (CRPS) and is supported by the executive team. This senior position emphasizes effective project management, business development, and stakeholder communications. The manager will work closely with the Operations Director and Medical Director of Cancer Imaging to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and broader Cancer Imaging goals.
