The Project Coordinator - Clinical Research

  • 12-month fixed term position
  • 80 hours per fortnight with an accrued day off (ADO) each month

The Project Coordinator - Clinical Research will be responsible for supporting Professor Jayesh Desai (Associate Director Clinical Research) and key members of his team to deliver on assigned clinical research projects and research grants and to support and contribute towards the implementation of the 2025-2030 Research Strategic Plan. In addition, this individual will support activities associated with a number of initiatives and programs including the Global Industry and Research Alliances and Program, the Clinical Trials Oncology Platform and the Clinical Research Transformation Project. The role will provide significant support achieving positive outcomes by performing a range of activities that support planning, communication, implementation and evaluation of research projects, research grants and related initiatives. The role will work collegially with a number of teams to support Research at Peter Mac.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary health sciences degree (BSc or PhD)
  • High proficiency in data analysis including the ability to manipulate, interpret and present qualitative data
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong project coordination and reporting skills
