Payroll Analyst - Rostering Project
- Fixed Term, Full Time role (till 30 June 2026)
- Parkville location, with flexible, hybrid working
- Salary range: $110,00 - $130,000
About the role
The successful candidate will provide Payroll analyst services for the implementation of the UKG Rostering system, primarily focused on the SAP Payroll system and integration with UKG. They will be required to participate and support the planning, preparation and execution of System Integration Testing and Payroll Parallel runs.
About you
You will be someone with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performance team whilst being trustworthy with an understanding of confidentiality of all employee data.
The ideal candidate will meet the following essential requirements:
- Demonstrated SAP Payroll Processing experience (2+ years) including functional knowledge of the SAP system.
- Advanced reporting and analytical skills with problem solving capabilities.
- Experience with implementing or has a detailed understanding of Enterprise Agreements and Awards into SuccessFactors and SAP Employee Central Payroll.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables and analysis of data.
- Experience in a high volume payroll environment.
- Understands and demonstrates payroll functions and the need for timely and accurate processing with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
