The Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (Peter Mac) is a Victorian public health service and a world-leading comprehensive cancer centre, dedicated to excellence across all spheres of clinical care, research and education. About the team
Work with the inpatient teams at Peter Mac (Medical Oncology, Haematology and Surgery) and with the rehabilitation team at Royal Melbourne.
About the role
Key tasks are to:
- Review consults on inpatient wards at Peter Mac.
- Ensure that discharge of patients to rehabilitation is facilitated.
- Avoid delays and help to overcome barriers to discharge.
- Liaise with rehabilitation team at RMH.
About you
- Comprehensive experience in Rehabilitation.
- Experience within the Parkville Precinct highly regarded
