Position Summary
As a member of The Centre Of Excellence for Cellular Immunotherapy, you will participate in inpatient and outpatient patient care, teaching and research at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
As a Neurologist, you will undertake outpatient clinics, inpatient assessments, and on-call rostered duties as arranged by the Director.
You will be expected to attend clinical meetings, teach students and junior medical staff, and be involved in quality assurance activities.
The successful neurologist needs to be motivated with leadership qualities that contribute to the ongoing growth and positive developments within the department.

Education
Skills
- Experience with the clinical care of patients with neurological complications of CAR-t and other immunological therapies
- Experience with the neurological complications of systemic malignancy
- Experience with the care of patients with general neurological disease
- Experience in neuroimmunological and/or CAR-t related research
- Clinical competence at a level commensurate with the number of years since graduation in medicine
Education:
- Degree in medicine from an approved institution
- FRACP in Neurology
- AHPRA specialist registration as a Neurologist
Certificates:
- AHPRA specialist registration (Neurology)
- FRACP (Neurology)
