The People and Culture team at Peter Mac includes Human Resources, Employee Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Wellbeing, HR Systems, Medical Workforce and Organisational Development. About the role
In this role you will lead and oversee the day-to-day management of the People and Culture (P&C) Operations team. The team provide first level HR operational and transactional support to managers and staff whilst also triaging a range of general HR enquiries to relevant P&C stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will see you:
- Provide direction and oversight to the P&C Operations team to optimise performance, driving operational excellence and providing a consistent centralised service
- Collaborate with Employee Relations and Business Partners team, People Systems team and Payroll and Finance, to continue to shape, embed and manage the P&C Operations service delivery model, whilst maximising the employee experience as a contribution to creating the best cancer workforce
- Act as a supportive and inspiring leader who fosters an inclusive and safe space, where everyone has a sense of belonging

Position Summary
