YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE
 

Ongoing Full Time Role 
The Deputy Manager Administration, Cancer Imaging reports to the Manager Administration Cancer Imaging and is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Cancer Imaging Administration Team to provide a customer-focused service and to deliver effective and efficient administrative functions.

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monthly ADO

 

Essential requirements

  • Experience leading and managing an administrative team
  • Experience in managing billing systems
  • Highly developed written and verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-focused approach

 

Desirable requirements

  • Experience using Radiology Information systems

 

Inline with the Enterprise Agreement HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 Salary range between $74,448.40 to $96,349.03 based on years of experience.

Position Summary

  • Ensure all administrative functions are completed to a high level (front of house, bookings, billing, other administrative duties) on a daily basis

  • Take a portfolio responsibility for management of billing functions including completion of billing tasks, compliance, auditing, and reporting
