YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE
The successful applicant will be expected to work within a mulit-disciplinary team of dental professionals to provide excellent oral health care for Peter Mac patients.
The role involves provision of oral and dental examinations, appropriate investigations, dental hygiene and periodontal treatment, post-cancer treatment reviews, and support for other clinicians in provision of dental care. The Dental Oncology department works closely with all Peter Mac departments, clinicians, and patient support networks. Excellent communication skills and capacity to work collaboratively are essential requirements. Current radiation license and knowledge and training in taking of CBCT radiographs is desirable. A knowledge of research processes would be helpful.
The role is for a 12-month fixed term period, 24 hours per week, reporting to the head of Dental Oncology.
