Clinical Nurse Consultant – Melanoma
• Permanent part-time role 0.21 EFT

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated nurse to join the Melanoma team as a clinical nurse consultant. The nurse will be an experienced practitioner who uses and facilitates evidence- based practice, which is visionary, creative and appropriate to the tumour stream/service.
The successful applicant will predominantly be responsible for supporting patients and their family members through all aspects of their cancer experience. This will include making phone calls to and taking phone calls from patients from all treatment modalities and managing new referrals to the service. The ability to work with all members of the team as well as allied health and community services is essential.
There will be opportunities to learn and develop knowledge and skills specific to Melanoma cancer nursing via nursing colleagues and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Remuneration
As per the NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYER AGREEMENT 2024-2028 Grade 4 [ZJ4] $ 26,182.832 [pro-rata] based on years of experience.
