- 1x 12-month fixed term, full time role
- 1x Ongoing, part time role (0.32 EFT / 3 days per fortnight)
- $116,911.60 - $120,848.00 p.a. (to 1.0 EFT) + super + 5 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)

About the role
Cancer Imaging is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead the nursing team ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care and contributing to delivery of exceptional evidence based clinical practice.

About you
You will excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build lead and rapport across multidisciplinary teams.

- Recent experience in leading teams
- At least 3 years clinical experience including a demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic & interventional imaging or procedural nursing
- Postgraduate qualifications in nursing specialty

Position Summary
In collaboration with and in the absence of the NUM, to be responsible for the management of the nursing staff within the Cancer Imaging department through the coordination of nursing activities and related services for the provision of quality patient care. This is a position of clinical leadership and accountability that aligns with Peter Mac’s values. This includes management of the unit through the coordination of nursing activities and related services for the provision of quality patient focused care in conjunction with other members of the leadership team. To translate the objectives policies, and procedures of PMCC into effective care for our patients. To ensure/apply evidence based best practice standards of oncology nursing practice
