Interested in joining the Radiation Therapy team at Peter Mac?

We are one of the world’s leading cancer research, education and treatment centres globally and Australia’s only public hospital solely dedicated to caring for people affected by cancer. Peter Mac has Australia's largest specialist radiation therapy centre, offering world-class radiation therapy and the latest training and equipment across our 5 campuses.

Whether working in our city, suburban or regional campus, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skill set across a range of specialist areas.

All campuses embrace contemporary RT approaches such as SABR, IGRT, VMAT and DIBH. Want to take things even further? Keep an eye out for opportunities within Paediatric RT, Brachytherapy, Gamma Knife and intra-operative RT just to name a few!

We pride ourselves on teaching, guiding, and supporting our radiation therapy team and we have a comprehensive education and training program for clinicians at all levels of career experience. Opportunities range from practical face-to-face training with experts in their field, through to a vast range of comprehensive online programs that can be accessed when and where you want! The radiation therapy department has a dedicated education team, with staff across each campus committed to supporting your learning and career development. There are also great opportunities to engage with local, national and international RT research opportunities whilst being supported by a highly experienced group of radiation therapists.

Underpinning all of this, is care and commitment with which we provide the best service and treatment options for our patients. If this sounds like you, then consider becoming part of the team at the internationally recognised hospital and research facility that is Peter Mac.
