Peter Mac offers a range of non-clinical opportunities in a variety of support services including Administration, Finance, Health Information, and Information Technology, Projects, People and Culture, Patient Services, Food Services and more.

Over 20% of our workforce is made up of Administration and Support employees, all of whom contribute to positive outcomes for our Peter Mac community.

Our employees have access to a wide variety of cross functional opportunities and are encouraged to get involved with programs that spark their interest. We provide opportunities for internal promotions and secondments, career and leadership coaching and deliver an annual internal mentoring program. We also offer a Manager Fundamentals Program, a three-month development program designed to equip managers with the foundational skills needed for people leadership. This program is aimed at new and first level leaders, those who have been in management or team leader roles for a while but have not received any formal training, or even for experienced people leaders who would like to refresh their core leadership habits and practices.
